= Prescription only medicines (POM-V), where a vet prescription is required at checkout.

• Obtain a prescription from your vet.
• Order your items and write the order number on the prescription.
• Send the prescription to us via:

• We will authenticate your prescription and dispense your items.
• A freepost envelope will be included in the box which you must use to send the original prescription back to us within 7 days.

CD – controlled drugs require original prescriptions by post before being dispatched.

It is an offence for a person to submit a fraudulent prescription to obtain veterinary medicine and for a person to alter a prescription unless authorised to do so by the prescriber. Any suspected cases of fraud or unlawful alteration of a prescription will be referred to the VMD.
